Dietitian for Mental Health
At Alera Nutrition, we offer compassionate, evidence-based nutrition counseling for individuals living with depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders. We understand that mental health affects not only how you feel, but also how you eat—and that what you eat can, in turn, influence your mood, energy, and overall emotional well-being.
