At Alera Nutrition, we offer specialized nutrition counseling for neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and sensory processing differences. Natalie is a registered dietitian with a background in psychology and a strong commitment to supporting neurodivergent individuals in feeling nourished, understood, and empowered. She holds an honors degree in Psychology from UC Berkeley and a Master’s in Clinical Dietetics from NYU. With additional training in mental health–informed nutrition care, Natalie brings a strengths-based approach to her work—honoring each client’s unique needs, routines, and ways of thinking. Her sessions are flexible, collaborative, and designed to help clients build confidence and reduce overwhelm around food, without shame or rigidity.
