Nutritionist for Athletes

At Alera Nutrition, we offer individualized nutrition counseling for athletes who want to feel stronger, more energized, and more in tune with their bodies. Whether you’re a competitive athlete, a recreational mover, or someone rebuilding your relationship with sport, we’re here to support you in fueling your body without pressure, rigidity, or perfectionism.

We understand that athletes are often bombarded with conflicting messages about what to eat, how much to eat, and how their bodies “should” look. Our approach blends performance nutrition with a focus on mental and emotional well-being—so you can feel good in your body and perform at your best.
