About

Founder of Alera Nutrition, Natalie Dalton is a soon to be registered dietitian and mental health advocate passionate about helping you rediscover freedom with food and body image. With a bachelors in psychology from UC Berkeley, masters in clinical nutrition from NYU and training at Mount Sinai Hospital, she blends evidence-based dietetics with compassionate, psychologically-informed care. Alera supports individuals through the principles of Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size®, creating a safe, inclusive space for lasting recovery.
